litmus tests

If the World Were a Village of 100 People, has now been out-done by Nat Geo's face of 7 Billion and World of 7 billion. Meanwhile children in the US are being taken from their parents for obesity and the President is loosing his patience with the republicans as the lessons remain the same....poverty breads to ignorance and overpopulation.

Ignorance seems to be the trait of republicans. Bachmann is polling ever better even as revelations about discredited and dangerous homosexuality conversions are coming out of the closet. Mitt might still be ahead even though his faith supersedes the US Constitution in the ultimate quest for a planet of one's own.

I've been pondering a litmus test for candidates. Grover Norquist has the simpleton's pledge for no new taxes. Could the sane devise something to counter Grover's insanity? What would it consist of?
  • Raising revenues - on the rich and on corporations - for balancing the budget
  • Fair trade not free trade anarchy - to balance the budget and create jobs
  • Green Energy -
Governing Realistically Energy policies for the future Americans for America - no Romney down-sizers Trade policies
candidates? Yeah, it needs a lot of work. Maybe I'll cruise over to Thom Hartmann's community message boards and try to solicit some help. The anti-ALEC team needs to form.

I'm trying to help to rebuild the American dream. I like what Van Jones has to say and I like the insidious lie. I suppose I should do some typing about bring back the militias...
